HTC Touch Cruise 2009 Specifications and Price. The Cruise is not so much different from the Touch 3G. At 102 x 53.5 x 14.5mm and 103g, the two have almost the same dimensions with the Cruise weighing just a bit more. HTC used a soft-touch finish all over for the Touch 3G but only on the back of the Cruise. The area all over the place around the screen uses a metallic material, matte on the top and sides, and chromed for the buttons below the display. The Touch Cruise’s design is by and large attractive to the eyes but we have to say the cleaner look of the previous Touch 3G is more attractive.

However, there is an upside to the denseness of the Cruise’s front face. Apart from doing its duties as a steering pad, the perimeter of its circular controls is also a scroll wheel. This lets you zoom in and out of maps usefully, change text size on a whim, and in the browser, select links on Web pages effortlessly. The Cruise is designed with a single mini-USB port for charging, syncing and connecting a headset. It has good volume controls on the left side, while the right side is bare. A memory expansion slot is found behind the back battery.
