Sony Ericsson G700 Business Edition Specifications and Price. The G700 doesn’t stimulate since the style feature imitates the trialed-and-tested candybar formula. G700 model doesn’t feel untidy at all.What we really like is how the keypad to the 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen LCD, is firmly combined to maximize the front real estate of the handset. It is also noteworthy how the company still tries to fit nice, stubby buttons on the keypad.
The proprietary connector is on the left of the phone above the M2 card slot. Beside it is an indicator LED that lights up in red when the phone is charging, green when there’s an incoming text message. Sony Ericsson has also put a keylock button on the side. LG’s KF700 model has a same keylock feature with G700.
Sony Ericsson has decided to choose a ribbed pattern frame which feels nice to the touch. Even though it may be merely for aesthetic purposes, it’s enough to say that other than the front display, you won’t be dealing with slippery fingerprints on the G700. On the same side of the phone are the onboard speakers. The metallic stylus has a transparent tip and is put on the upper left corner of the handset. The ergonomics of the G700 is excellent.
